On Thursday, November 6, 2008, BHS Senior Theodore Ray performed for the second time with the New Jersey All State Jazz Band at the Trump Plaza in Atlantic City. Teddy gained acceptance into this prestigious ensemble, the highest ensemble in the state for jazz, after becoming the first student in the history of Barnegat High School to play lead trombone in the Region III All South Jersey Jazz Ensemble. What makes Teddy's accomplishment even greater is that trombone is his secondary instrument. Congratulations to Teddy on a stellar performance with the top performing student led jazz ensemble in the state!
