It is hard to believe that the school year will be coming to a close in a few short weeks. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of our school and programs. It is with the outstanding staff at the Dunfee School and your involvement in your child’s education that have helped make the 2015/16 school year a positive learning experience for our students. We are pleased to announce that every child at the Dunfee School has earned an invitation to our End-of-Year R.O.A.R. Ice cream Celebration on June 20th for receiving R.O.A.R. tickets throughout the school year. I am pleased to announce that students have exceeded our reading goal of 2,000,000 minutes in the Reading Race Challenge by reading over 3,000,000 minutes collectively! Needless to say, I am very proud of the students and staff at the Dunfee School for all their hard work and efforts in building a harmonious, productive school community.
As the final days of the school year unwind, I would like to wish our fifth grade students the best of luck as they move on to the Russell O. Brackman Middle School. We will remember the time they spent at the Dunfee School with fondness and are proud of all they have accomplished. We will miss our fifth grade students very much!

We wish them much love, luck and happiness as they begin the next chapter in their lives.
Have a safe, happy and healthy summer vacation! See you in September!
